Last night around 0320hrs Sébastien Simon (Groupe Dubreuil) sustained a head injury. He contacted his team manager immediately and has been monitored by the race doctor who helped him attend to and dress the wound. 

Simon was SW of the Azores and lying in fourth place, heading east in 4-5m seas and 20-25kts winds. After consulting with the race doctor Simon was able to rest last night. The situation is under control. 

Groupe Dubreuil is moving well in fourth place this morning heading towards the Azores gate, K3. 

Groupe Dubreuil has suffered from intermittent problems with their beacon on the tracker.
